Legend Biography

Legend started out with 3 musicians still wanting to show that they have something special to offer. Legend have been fortunate to go on the road with : -

The Naughty Rythmns tour

( Nine Below Zero,The Hamsters etc )

The Yardbirds & Slade, Touring Europe & the U.K.

Current Line-up

Bob Paskins

Bob has played with various bands in the Southend & Chelmsford area. Playing jam nights for over 15 years he’s had the pleasure to play with the likes of:- Dr Feelgood,Don Powell, Neville Martin, Jamie Crompton, Suzy Quatro & recorded with Chris Andrews. Bob also toured extensively with the late, great, Billy Fury in the 70’s.

Justin Mitchell

I started to play snare drum back in the early 80's for a marching show band which became highly successfully by 1985 wining best marching band in the UK, good times!! Went on to play in several covers and original bands after I got my first full drum kit in 1986. This continued with variable success until about 1993 when I joined the Steve Linton band. This band was highly successful in the Colchester area with 150 to 200 gigs a year. I learnt a lot of valuable skills with these guys and had a lot of fun. I stayed in this band until 2001 when I heard there was a band called LEGEND that was looking for a drummer who had European tours lined up. This is what I really wanted to do! Went to the audition,got the gig,and the rest is history.
